About Roytec
We design, supply and install the building envelope as a single accountable specialist — closing the gap between design and site that costs main contractors time, money and certainty. A decade of façade-design heritage stands behind every package we deliver.

Design-led
Roytec began as a design house — for over a decade we drew and engineered façade packages for some of the UK's largest cladding subcontractors. That design capability isn't an add-on to the build; it's the foundation the whole company is built on, and still our deepest, most experienced team.

Ten years drawing façades for other subcontractors gave us a design library and a depth of detailing most installers simply don't have.
Every package is designed, coordinated and reviewed in-house before a panel is ordered — so the build follows the drawing, not the other way round.
We're engaged on many projects purely for design — producing the façade engineering and documentation main contractors need ahead of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) Gateway submissions on higher-risk buildings.

What we stand for
One subcontractor, one responsibility.
We take responsibility for the whole envelope — design through to install — so nothing falls through the seam between drawing board and site.
The detail you tender is the detail you get.
Every façade is drawn, coordinated and reviewed by our experienced cladding team before it reaches site — checked by specialists, not waved through.
Around 70% of our work is repeat business.
We build long relationships, not one-off packages — because we behave like part of your team, not a risk on your programme.
Our story
2015
Founded as a façade design house, drawing cladding and curtain-wall packages for some of the UK's largest cladding subcontractors.
2015–22
A decade of design heritage builds up across the country — over a hundred envelopes drawn, detailed and issued.
2022
Roytec takes the next step: delivering complete façade packages end to end, closing the seam between the drawing and the build.

2025
Curtain House in Shoreditch — a Grade-context refurbishment delivered as a full Design-Supply-Install package, and proof the model works on site.

2025
A high-specification residential envelope in Knightsbridge — design and install under one responsibility.

2025
Remediation of all 142 balconies on an occupied Bromley high-rise — rebuilt from scratch in 3D, with all engineering in-house, then installed over 22 continuous weeks.
Today
Façade design across the whole UK; full Design-Supply-Install builds in London and the South East — most of it repeat business from the same main contractors.

Health & safety
A façade carries real risk — at height, in fire, and over decades of service. Expand each point to see how we handle it.
Safety starts at the drawing board. We design out risk under our CDM 2015 designer duties — buildability, access, working-at-height and maintenance are resolved on the model, not improvised on site.
For higher-risk buildings we work to the Building Safety Act regime: the golden thread of information, clear fire-performance documentation, and the evidence a Principal Contractor needs to discharge their duties.
Our installation teams work to method statements and risk assessments tailored to each project, with the right access, PPE and supervision. We coordinate with your Principal Contractor, not around them.
Our systems are checked by people who aren't us: SSIP for safety in procurement, ISO 9001 for quality management, Constructionline as a verified supplier, and CWCT standards for façade testing.
Sustainability
No grand claims — just the practical work that adds up over a building's whole life. Expand each point for detail.
The biggest carbon a façade saves is the energy a building doesn't waste. We model thermal performance, condensation risk and air-tightness from the start, so Part L compliance is engineered — not patched in after the fact.
A façade that has to be replaced early is the least sustainable outcome there is. We specify systems and details for genuine service life, with maintenance and replacement designed to be achievable rather than disruptive.
We coordinate material choices from the model — reducing waste through accurate setting-out and off-site fabrication, and helping main contractors evidence the responsible sourcing their clients increasingly require.
One subcontractor, one responsibility — we aim to reply within two working days.
