Jurij Avizen
Managing Director
Jurij has 20 years in the façade industry, with experience across the UK and Europe. He founded Roytec in 2015 — having drawn façades for some of the UK's largest cladding subcontractors — and leads its full Design, Supply & Install delivery.
Nick Schiau
Construction Director
Nick has worked in façades for around 15 years, coming up through hands-on site supervision to lead Roytec's construction delivery. As Construction Director he owns installation on site — programme, sequencing, site safety and coordination with interfacing trades — and is SMSTS- and CSCS-qualified, with a track record across complex London envelope packages.
Zoltan Szaip
Technical Director
Zoltan brings around 30 years in building-envelope design. He holds an MSc in Façade Engineering (with merit) from the University of Bath and a BSc (Hons) in Architecture & Civil Engineering, and is a Member of the Society of Façade Engineering (MSFE) and of CIBSE. He has run building-envelope projects from tender to handover, and leads Roytec's technical design, façade engineering and BIM.
