Service 01
Design, Supply & Install
The whole building envelope under one contract — designed, supplied and installed by one team. One responsibility, one programme, zero interface gaps.
Our flagship service: the entire façade as a single package, under one contract. The team that engineers the buildable details is the team that procures the materials and installs them — so coordination happens before site, not in a dispute on it. One point of contact, one programme, one accountable team, with an in-house design department behind every step.
How we work
Design — in-house
Buildable details, coordinated in BIM against the structure and the architecture, by our own design department — the discipline Roytec was built on. The same team carries the design through to site, so intent is never lost in a handoff.
Early approvals — submittals & samples
At the very start, every item is captured in a technical submittal and sample-approval sheet for the client to sign off. It matters because manufacturing restrictions drive the design: an anodised panel, for instance, can't carry welded parts — the welds show darker after anodising — so colour and fixing decisions have to be locked early. We review the maintenance and cleaning strategy at the same point, since that can change the detailing too. Getting these approved up front stops expensive surprises later.
Supply — vetted, not cheapest
We choose the supply chain as carefully as we design it. A wrongly-chosen supplier can blow lead times and the whole programme, so our key suppliers are selected on capability, not price — commercially vetted and referenced on their past projects. For anyone new, we visit the warehouse ourselves to inspect the manufacturing process, QA procedures and tolerances. The goal isn't to save a few pounds; it's to take risk out of your programme.
Install — qualified, current, refreshed
Installation is by experienced teams, managed against a live certification matrix — no one sets foot on site with expired or missing documentation; it's strict in our health-and-safety policy. Beyond their NVQs and tickets, we put installers through product refresher training before they start, even on systems they've installed before, so the knowledge is current on the day.
QA & inspection
Quality is controlled to our own QA inspection procedures, through fabrication and on site — materials checked before installation, hold points respected under programme pressure, and daily progress monitored and reported.
Handover, maintenance & aftercare
A Building Safety Act golden-thread package, O&M manuals and as-builts at handover — then real aftercare. Maintenance is the part everyone forgets: most subcontractors take the money and move on, but every façade has to be maintained to keep its warranties valid. We set out the regime and stay available, so the envelope is looked after long after the scaffold is down.
What you receive

What it means for you
One package, one commercial account — coordinating the whole envelope and closing the gaps is our job, not yours. When something does surface, we can tell a genuine design change from a tender-stage omission, so your commercial picture stays clean. And with design in-house, site issues are fixed fast — no outsourced-designer delays, no standing time. We're specialists, here to work with you to get the building built.
