The Challenge
Delivering precision finishing across multiple disciplines within one of London's most prestigious residential addresses. The project demanded work at height via BMU and abseil access, coordination across six levels of lift lobbies, and constant adaptation to programme changes — all where the standard of finish had to be flawless.
Our Solution
Roytec designed, supplied and installed the complete envelope finishing package — from street-level entrance gates with integrated lighting and planters, through six floors of lift-lobby cladding and flashings, to the full-height glass atrium detailing. When unforeseen site conditions arose, our on-site team and design office responded immediately with real-time solutions that kept the programme on track.
