Overview
Water-leakage investigation, diagnosis and remediation on a prominent Warwick Street building — including the design, supply and installation of a replacement glass balustrade system. Proof that Roytec brings the same rigour to a targeted intervention as to a full envelope package.

- Building-envelope investigation & water-leak remediation; design, supply & install of a replacement glass balustrade system
The Challenge
Water was finding its way through the building envelope of a completed, high-profile Warwick Street building. The source had to be located and resolved — and a failing glass balustrade replaced — without disrupting an occupied, finished building in the heart of the West End.

Investigation & Diagnosis
Rather than chase symptoms, we ran a methodical leak investigation to pinpoint exactly where the envelope was failing. Diagnosing the cause first meant the remediation could be designed to fix the problem, not just cover it.

Design, Supply & Install
We designed a replacement glass balustrade system, then supplied and installed it — managing the full intervention under one responsibility, coordinated around the live building and its access constraints.

The Outcome
Leak resolved and balustrade replaced to standard, with the same design discipline and quality control Roytec applies to a major envelope package. A precision intervention, delivered without drama.
